Getting Ready for Audrey Kate

I was scheduled for a C-Section at 8:00 a.m. on August 20, 2009. We had to be at the hospital at 6:30 so they could get me preped and pump me full of fluids. So, we got up early that morning and I did my hair and put on my make up. I do have to take pictures, so I might as well look as nice as I can...right? So, at about 6:00 a.m. we left for the hospital. We were SO nervous but mostly excited!!! Just think...in a couple of hours Audrey will be here and we will be a family of 4! That just seemed crazy to me!

When we got to the hospital, they took me back and I changed into my lovely hosptial gown. Time was DRAGGING by. It seemed like it was taking forever for the clock to make to 8:00a.m. Then we found out my doctor was late!!!! He was stuck in traffic. Of ALL days to get stuck in traffic. But he made it by 8:05 and shortly after that we were heading to the OR to deliver!

Ready or Not...Here She Comes

Here is our precious baby birl, Audrey's Room!!! You can't really tell in pictures, but the pink is actually strips of matte paint and glossy paint. If you look close you can see it. Aaron did an AWESOME job!

Safety First

Going BONKERS!!!

We decided that before Baby Audrey was born, we would have "Michael's Day". We wanted to do something special since it was the last weekend it would be just the 3 of us. We decided to go to Going BONKERS and then go and have ice cream for dinner at Tutti Frutti. Going BONKERS! is the COOLEST place for kiddos! It is a GIANT indoor playground. Michael LOVED it! Since I was SUPER preggo, Aaron went and played with Michael. Let me just say, this place is not made for tall people. You will see what I mean in the pictures. Poor Aaron was dripping with sweat...but it was worth it, because Michael had a BLAST!!! Here are a few...a bunch...of pictures of "Michael's Day".

They also have an arcade...so we took Michael to play games. But all he wanted to do was go back and play.

Beachball Baseball

Michael has really been wanting to play baseball alot lately. But, instead of a baseball he wants to play with a beachball. LOL So here he is playing Beachball Baseball with Daddy!
